Power Punch

Power Punch is a favorite with our fitness-focused ladies for its rigorous pace.

This intense upper body workout features timed punching drills from our Stretch & Strike curriculum, with the added resistance of punching the bag.

Power Punch is designed to run 30 to 45 minutes with a focus on speed, strength and stamina. 

Self defense concepts are introduced as a natural part of this program.

Gloves and instruction provided.

Class size is limited to 9. Pre-registration is required.
